Need Help With Fork ID

Haven't been able to find out much about this fork. Plastic caps on top say Cyclepiece 43. Sticker on side says High Performance SMICA (strength maximized in critical areas). Also says EPDM elastomer, and Forged. It has a 1 inch threaded steerer. Thanks.

Taiwanese frork with Elastomere, sold from a number of brands like 43 cyclepieces, Abt,

Akela, Rhino, Sabre etc.
even also from Shogun for a while

often with polished lowers.

It had been offered quite cheaper as a Manitou or even Rockshox.

So a no-name thing, but on the other side OK-looking, especially the polished ones, technically not too bad, performance-wise a bit similar like Manitou 1-3 or Paioli M03 and easy to repair and maintain.

Thanks for the information. It was in a pile of forks I was scrounging through and though it looked kind of interesting.
