Yes it is biopace and I thought I might get some grief about the pedals.I don't like toeclips and the original pedals were one sided so I had those sitting about and used them to keep costs down.

Do you have a local bike charity as a frame like that they would strip and discard. So you should be able to get one super cheap or for a donation
