I have had this in my loft for far too long with the intention to have it restored and build it up with all the correct parts and I must be honest it just isn't going to happen.
Rusty chain stays, something going on with the down tube, needs properly looking at & painting.
Argos could do it all corretcly and probably charge accrodingly and for me the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

Thanks guys but as you well know this frame is not an asset:

£700 - Frame repairs & paint
£250 - Correct wheels, plus time to build them.
£500 - If you wanted XTR M900 mechs and shifters as well as the Ritchey Logic brakes and cranks.
£200 - Finishing kit to be totally period correct.
£? - Forks, so many choices, but realistically I'd have wanted Mag 21SL.
£? - Whatever the hell red Zee-Max tyres are worth now.

Giving it away saved me a fortune!
