Don't know if this counts, I'll delete if not in keeping. It's been through several versions, now 9 speed Sora. I enjoy this bike so much I bought another and sold the parts keeping the frame and fork.

Your Kili is great. Could do with an adaptor like that, sadly unobtainable and surprised that no Chinese firm makes them! Only post and brake adapters.

Here’s my 1991 Trek 750. I added some modern parts like the Cinelli handlebar, Thomson stem and Brooks C17 but the Suntour drivetrain is miles better than most modern parts I could afford

Starting point 26er sus handsome dog swapped for rigid fork...

Sort of works but never was happy at this point


Some nice 700c rims and the proportions looking better, had to swap front fork as no room in the previous one , miraculously plenty of room for 700c at the rear, albeit had to use some of those brake extensions the Chinese use on Bromptons



Am liking this one much more now, not sure what you would call it , marvelous mongrel perhaps?
