Good thread. I'm a big fan of the TA's and Phil Woods which are very comfy touring pedals.

Nothing wrong with the M71, I used to ride them a lot for time trials, especially on fixed wheel. I now regret that when I stopped racing I sold my pairs.

The Phil Woods look slippery. I'd choose Nabby's bent wire straps over them 100% of the time

These bent wire baskets were commercially made around 1900. Their in bike accessory advertisements from back then. I’ve tried to make my own without success.
