Up to you, but i personally wouldn't change too much, "comfy adventure bike" sounds a bit like you have plans for a re-build.
This is a very early bike, from what i can see in very good condition and almost with all original parts (other than saddle and tires). Owning this now comes with a bit of burden to preserve it, or at least having a guilty conscience
