XTR thumbshifters

If you ever see the Phenomenon again, look at the shifter clamp and see what the is stamped for type. The normal shifters are ST-M900 so this must be SL-M900 becuase there were no separate shifters.

It took some time but it was (is) worth it.
Still working on the XT and DX versions. And maybe LX and Deore.
