Wireless Dongle/Adaptor Query

I have I missed something? you have bought a wireless dongle and yet attached the PC to the BT router with an ethernet cable?

Yes i have! It is temporary to get the updates done. I have it set up on the floor pending moving it to its final location when i get the internet to work wirelessly.

Without the help i would still be sitting scratching my head - as i was this morning - great stuff everyone who helped. Beers are on me (or soft drinks if appropriate - coffee perhaps)
