Just had a look and can confirm the bits I definitely need are:

1 1/8 threaded headset
1 1/8 quill stem
seatpost - 30.9 is slightly too big and a bit of googling suggests possibly 30.4.
seat skewer
front mech.

everything else I think is sorted.

I had a similar year Rockhopper. I have the original seat post shim, which is 30.2 to 26.6mm. No I’m not making this up!

What diameter / pull front mech? 31.8 bp?
