Last Peice of the Picture!
Had to go to Plymouth today, which is great 'cos Express Fixings are down there
Great guys and can sort you out with most fasteners you need provided it's not ano you're after
I got a set of four 10.9 hi-ten M6x16 bolts to replace the ones in my forks as one died...
Got back at about 1pm had the rest of the day off
When I got home my grips were waiting
Fantastic!
Here they are:
Another bargain and perfect colour scheme and appearance, nice bungs too
This bit helped sway the decision, the model name 'Tight Bastards' how apt is that!
I went for a quick blast around the block and it works well
Brakes are bang on, had to fiddle with the rear deraileur, front was fine
OMG is it fast
I had a courier bag with just about anything I could need in it...
Maybe I should invest in a multi tool? Any recommnedations?
I took a camera with me but didn't get any decent photos 'cos it's ALL hills where I live - and when I got to a flat bit the tyres were dirty!
But here's the best one I got as an appetiser for when I've finished polishing and tweaking
- And done some proper photos in a decent location! Then I'll update this thread as FINISHED
I need to work out how I can photograph it without it just whiting everything out... Is it too shiny!!!?
I'll be riding it to work on Monday
