I haven't been able to learn much about Abilita, They were built in Sturminster Newton in Dorset in the late 80s and early 90s by a guy name Paul Wilkin or Wilkins who also owned a bike shop, Pauls Cycle Services.

He was evidently no mug, you had to have a licence from Reynolds to build with 753

I think that's a delta brake on the front of your cougar, they are worth a fair amount of money on their own....
 
Ahhhhh I get u now... The Cougar had a full campagnolo set up on it... Would would the brake be worth? At some point I will upload pics of all the parts... Now I have an app to resize pics... The abilita had a shimano and dura ace crank and rings then the rest was campagnolo
