Remove wheel
Place 24" piece of 4x2 between the legs of the fork up near the crown and use your legs to hold it in place.
With the bars fitted grasp tightly and make an attempt to bend the bars by twisting them as hard as you can.
Lots of penetrating fluid/Spray oil first mind
