Just seen it on Es2. Brave attempt by Cummings. Pity about the winner, was hoping for a win for someone without previous.

There was some sort of kerfuffle on a training run between Gilbert and a car driver on a training run near Liege.

Gilbert got in a fight and broke his finger. He supposedly used a pepper spray on the driver. Pepper sprays are legal in France but not Belgium.

The driver maintains that the incident was Gilbert and his team-mates' fault, but the way Wallonians drive I would seriously doubt it.

Well, that was a great race wasn't it! Snow, a nasty steep cobbled climb near the end, and at last a win for Sky!

Pity about those idiotic runners near the end, dressed up like borat. And the one on la Redoute
