[Chopper the ex Copper]

I had a Mk2 Chopper new. I broke my pelvis during an attempt to break the land speed record. I got to about 15mph when transonic buffeting kicked in and it spat me off. Violent unstable S.O.B, but boy did we look cool on them.

The Grifter was no better. More stable, but so heavy and leaden you couldn't go fast enough to risk the wobbles anyway. The steering was so slow and turgid that the Chopper was actually better off road in most circumstances.

Utter sheet, but I would have another tomorrow. I'm way too big to ride one but it would be nice to look at.
