patching latex tubes

I use pink Vittoria latex tubes on my 26" mtb. I bought a michelin 700c latex tube and chopped it up for patches. Then bought small Rema latex glue tubes and works brilliantly.
Just made sure the area was dry, well plastered in glue, and squeeze the patch and tube together for a couple of mins. The green michelin patches stand out on the pink tubes which i found helps with bad light/dodgy eyesight. No issues. No failures.
