Thanks for posting this TK, had no idea it was on this weekend.
If I can get hold of my wife's car (the campervan is off road to get welded, had to remove most of fitted interior), on Sunday I might go up and see if I can get a bargain paddle. The ones we've got are just cheapo plastic from Brookbank in Perth. I bought them in a hurry when we bought an open canoe in the summer. I prefer wooden paddles, still have a pair of Kobers I bought in Rosenhiem in Germany in 1975.
Was at this today (early afternoon) bloody hell there's some fit tasty burd's into Kayakin :shock:
BTW there was Kayak's galore and bings of stuff to blow yer cash on, but beware Kayakin is another HUGE money pit :shock:
