New to forum with GT Talera

Hi I’m new to the forum and have just picked up my first retro bike yesterday. It’s a GT Talera and from what I can find it’s around a 1992 model. Not sure how original it is and if it was a good deal . I paid £80 for it and am looking to stick some schwalbe city jets amber walls on it and just use it for cruising about

I’d say around 1996, check the Shimano parts - they’ll have date codes. Nice looking bike, looks in good condition and I love the colour green/blue combo. Should make a decent bike to cruise around on.

I’m going to get the paint chips touched up & have it machine polished by the guys in the body shop where I work .

Im going for this sort of look minus the front rack
