Need help identifying a dual sus mountain bike frame.

at first i thought banshee but then noticed the seat tube
which made me think ac but those linkages etc. are wrong
steel rear end
i personally think its worth £50 if maybe you have some parts for it or similar, a good starter bike?...

the rear end is steel
the front end is ali..but no gusset..indicating either its age or worthiness..you decide
dont know if its just the pic..but the rear wheel looks seriously UN round :?

i wouldnt spend £50 of anyones cash on it...let alone mine :shock:
