I have Yorkshire blood on my mothers side.........i'd eat them they look great......oddly as a kid my granny used to tell me they would eat the Yorkshire puddings with butter.not smothered in gravy !............but she also made a jam pasties once...........i thought they was meat and put it on a plate and did put gravy on that....didn't blooming eat it though when i saw jam oozing out of it :shock:
