Marzocchi servicing......HELP!!

Hi,
I'm looking to service my KONA KOA Z4's and my 98 EXPLOSIF Z2's myself and i've never stripped a set of forks previously. I have ordered new seals from Winstanley cycles and 7.5w oil.
I've searched google for a 'how to' but I can't find a definitive guide. Does anybody have one or know of one?
Hints, tips and tricks for the service and setting them up afterwards would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
John

If you still need it the pm me your email and i'll send you the pdf doc. I used it to totally strip and rebuild my Z2s.

Gruff, Thank you for your help.

Does anybody know if there is something similar for the Z4 Flylight??

They are all pretty similar and not much to them especially down the Z4 end.
You undo the top caps and trake the springs out and any oil.
You undo the bolt at the bottom and take them apart.
you pop the seals and any spring clips out (hardest bit) see the two on the bototm left here, like I say they are all similar for Bombers http://www.enduroforkseals.com/id10.html

The official manuals are all on the Marzocchi website, you'll just need to look. The above link worked fine for me to get the Z2 of 1998.
You'll be looking at 2000 for the flylights.
