30 years down the line and Findus are at the centre of another cheap 'meats' for profit scandal. I am very happy to have avoided this company's products.

I seem to remember eating an awful lot of their Crispy Pancakes as a kid - thankfully they were always of the cheese variety rather than containing any meat-style nodules.

I have a mate works in Tescos, I got a lot of the meat they had to clear off the shelves.

Eaten a whole pack of burgers already. No side effects, although I am a little hoarse.

On a happier note, Findus fish fingers do not contain any fingers belonging to fish. So these things kind of even themselves out. One can only hope that Mr. Brain's Faggots don't have a self-fulfilling brand name and end up giving a new meaning to the phrase "food for thought"....
