Help identifying this crankset please

Nice cottered chainset, bought with a Swiss track/path bike, so most likely French - also judging by what looks like 1950s Lyotard pedals? Not with me at the moment so can't check for any other marking.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Very nice! 'Double fluted' refers to the double flutes, I presume (inside and out).

The pedals are Lyotard 460D's, BTW. I love those and have them on several bikes.
