I just got a 130mm Syncros stem with rise from Huntso for my Lava Dome. Why do you want an under 120mm stem? Those Konas came with 130mm originally.

looks great just like that---i wouldnt want to pull the headset all back apart for the sake of a color change--buts that just me, i suppose, function over asthetics---but i like the black tires and rims and how they blend in with the frame,all business---what size tires? they look bigger than 2.1

Not sure actually. I think they might be 2.2. They're Schwalbe Racing Ralphs, and were on the wheelset already that I got off my friend. CK hubs and Salsa skewers, though. Also have those sought after Kona seat collar and front cable stops Must say I'm growing quite fond of the silver xtr headset.
