So you don't want to pay for pensions and NHS, and all the other stuff the government does, I bet you would if next time you are in casualty you wish you had. :twisted:
The only way I know is the mark as low value, but it does suck if you need to pay, I have just picked up some stuff from China & New Zealand with no charges, its just a bit of a lottery.
