Bottom bracket query

Those BB’s are labeled “do not disassemble”. Pretty sure if that’s a dare.

A successful rebuild will yield you a lightweight reliable drivetrain and the easiest chainline to set up. I love the elegant simplicity of the Hollowtech II cranksets.

It's very tight, what concerns me is both parts are aluminium

Or should I man up and get the rubber mallet and bash crap out of it :D

I never liked that crappy notch design, engagement looks poor for really putting torque. I'd give it a few taps and see, if it shears I guess it is vice grip with a cloth time....
