the weird thing on that frame is that someone has shortend the steerertube, i guess that this someone thought it might be a good idea to fit an fork with a shorter steerer. :roll:
Thats because i put a big spacer in it. Keep my steerer for a frame that is not "optimized".
The second is that the front mech cable stop leads to a frame afetr 96, but the geometry is made for a ridig fork...
okay nevermind...that is what i made of it.
The frame came out of the for sale section...some time ago.
1994 Steve Potts Steelhead (1 of 12 made), got it from the original owner. It fits like it was made for me. Best bike i have ever ridden so far, and all kitted up by WTB. Only change i made is to put a full XTR groupset on it.
