Sure do. Quality item, I’ve got some Campy bar end shifters that feel like they are made of cheese compared to the Dura Ace ones

Rear is index/friction front is friction.

I’ve only used them as intended on a TT bike so never needed any mounts. Looks like SJS sell an alternative to Paul’s.

There are many.

Type into the search bar “thumbshifter bar mount” and you will be bombarded with results. None of which as nice as Paul’s though.

They will shift the rear indexed if the rear is also shimano spec 9 speed. I think there are other mounts around - velo orange, and maybe the microshift or sturmey archer shifter mounts work, or can be made to. I think J-tek also make some. With a bit of adapting and maybe some machining, a set of STI shifter mounts could be made to work too?

I bought an earlier version of the SJS mounts that came with the Dura-ace shifter for my RSP: https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/rsp-pro-line-m-trax.289102/post-2328423

It was decent enough quality (a little better than it looks) but the Paul mounts are much nicer (I have them for the Aende). If you are patient, you can pick up a pair for £40-£50 on Ebay.

Very easy, yes. Even older shifters with more parts aren't bad, but the Dura-Ace are easier iirc.
