1994 mountain cycle san andreas - update 28th april

few more parts on there way, chris king aheadset, syncros stem, pedals, white industries crank, bike will be up and running sooner than i thought.

then i will change parts to suit it.

thought the sannie would suit skinner rustwalls with its main role being XC and general riding rather than heavy work.

IRC notos xc 1.95 rustwalls.....

i have a load of parts in the post waiting to go when they arrive:

XTR rear mech
XTR rapid fire shifters
USE seatpost
white industries crank
flat pedals
hayes disc brakes
red ano chris king aheadset
red ano bottle cage bolts
red onza porcupaws

and another set of IRC notos....

just need to order an 8sp cassette, chain and 73mm BB and it will be ready to go.

yeah when i look at it in the pics it seems too long. time will tell, will be changing a few things around, just want it up and running first to see how it suits me.

I wouldn't go tooo mad on the red though.

Also I like the yellow step ladder, is that for project bumble bee? ;)

I'm pretty sure it's riddled with cracks, so not a rider any more. Had a pretty good innings though, I think ;-)

nah, wont be going ott with red, just a few small things. tell you what, bumble bee is huge mind, a step ladder wont be a bad idea if anyone smaller than 6ft wants a shot of it!


just noticed smithys sannie had a long stem too, he was tall if i remember too?
