1993 GT Team Avalanche

gm' - that is really nice - another bit of GT history that I hadn't really thought about.

Is that the same tube set used for pscyclones of similar vintage?

Was this US or taiwan built?

Cool bike - gald you have completed your collection. :D

The Psyclone the same year was True Temper GTX-III tubing and this Team Avalanche is True Temper AVR. First line in the catalog picture above says "The made in the USA Team Avalanche"

time for a group avalanche shot?

Even with just four in one picture it doesn't do the bikes any justice. Kind of tough with all the snow now too. Will see if I can get some help getting them all up from the basement when I finish up a 92 Avalanche in blue.

Thanks for all the positive comments....didn't really have to do much to this one because it was a low mile bike to start with. Swapping out the forks and some badly bleached out parts was pretty minor. Now building up the Dakatri White Avalanche from a frame, that took some time.
