Thank you all who voted, it appears the Bolx has just won the April BOTM. I’m thrilled.
And on the same day the last piece of the bike arrives, the original receipt/document for the £100 deposit to build this bike. Dated 7th December 1991 the frame was then built in 1992. Nice yo have a bit of history with it.

What tyres are they?

I like the tan walls better, especially having black rims, looks perfect now to my eyes

Tan against the white of the frame make no sense to me.
