As the new owner of one of my 2 all time halo bikes, a CR Dogs Bolx courtesy of @retrobikeguy I’m keen to see interpretations of people’s builds of their DB’s, such as @markjohnson76 ’s lovely thing below:



I think I’m fairly clear on how it’ll go, but keen to gather opinions along the way…

It’s interesting to read the info in the RB archive - amongst other components Justin Loretz had Deore LX cantilevers on his.
Is there any info on how many of these were made over the years?

I’ve often wondered this regarding build numbers and whether there is a serial number database?

Well, I think I'm I'm about one of five people on RB that dig the Odyssey canti hanger.
So that got me over the edge, otherwise it's "just" a bike.
