Tub tape or Glue?

Tape . I'm a bit cack handed and a fairly puny cyclist so ....
I used glue last time which functioned fine but I made a god awful mess on the rims .

Thanks , I like the way it looks too , also , I'm not sure what's under there so it seemed expedient to leave it .
It sort of incongruous as only the headset is Campag , but hey !

Out for a spin today , just to get a bead on exactly how unfit I've become .

The Mercian is in much better condition than me . A couple of minor niggles , the standard slippiness of new Suntour gear levers , though that is improving . It now only creeps when I stand on the pedals in first . The front mech needs raising a mm as there is an irregular prrrp prrrp as the cage crosses the chain wheel . Probably being over cautious when I fitted it .
