Eeek!

oooh, didn't want to see that!

My Dad did the same in a circular saw - I remember him coming out of the workshop holding the stump of his little finger gushing blood... I was only 5!! I'm not scarred...much :D

Actually it reminds me the first time I used the F-word in front of my parents, I spun a wheel on bike while cleaning it. I must have been 11, and I stuck my fingers in the spokes. Luckily only the expletive escaped and not the end of my fingers!! :D

Parents weren't best pleased for the language or stupidity!

i've had a few too many near misses like that, i'll be treating rotors with more respect now.

my fingers hurt just thinking about that picture...

Russ, that just bought back some horrid memories for me
I lost the end of my left middle finger in a spindle moulder a few years back
Imagine that picture, exept mine was straight accross like it was chopped in a guilotene.
Took some plastic surgary and about 18 weeks for it to completely heal up :!:
Still not as bad as some guy that works for me now tho... He's just had 2 fingers amputated at the middle knuckle and another at the 1st
Same bloody machine.... It doesn't matter what your doing, if you take your eye off the ball for a second[bang and its gone]
