Gave them a shout and sounds like it'd be a bit pricey. Did someone say they had a CAD of one ready? I could have a word on another forum I use as quite a few engineers and people with access to decent workshops on there.

Easiest way would be to get them laser cut to shape then I can machine them.
At a rough guess the laser cutting and material would be £20, then reaming holes and machining the different 'levels' on the part would be an hour or so, then they would need anodising.

How much would people want to pay?!
