Wanted a front derailleur with a stop on for the outer cable

I hope this make sense to someone ? I have an old late 70s - early 80s racer which is missing its front derailleur, I need derailleur that will have a stop for the outer casing of the gear cable and allows the inner cable through as the frame didnt have this.

think I may have a Sachs-Huret that fits the bill if needed?
