I dug this out of the cupboard under the stairs today and rode it for all of 5 miles. Now I need to lie down! First road bike ride for over 9 years.

I'd forgotten how tall you are!

I'm getting into a similar situation - but it's more like 9 months than 9 years. Still hard on the legs and lungs though.

When the warm weather arrives I'll get out more.

That's a good kick up the backside for me to get out this weekend after many months away from road cycling - it was a TBC Huddersfield frame that I think Featch may have built that got me back out on my bike 10 years ago and is always the bike I get back on first when I've had a "break".
