your right it's not an integrated seatclamp, however the colour is identical to coomber's - that's what the frame looks like in the flesh and perhaps the pictures i've taken don't reflect that.
i suppose i'm not really too bothered about it's actual age, as i'm not going to make a year specific build, but just curious and wanted to make sure i was posting in the right forum!
