found some time today to throw some parts to my zaskar.
i found this localy, and it seemed in reasonable condition. the forks where solid, but i didn't feared the worst.
when i took them appart:
so i sourced some good stanchions and upgraded them to 2 100mm dho dampers. i have a 80 mm damper, but i prefor the controlable in and out damper of the dho. can swap the around at any time if it looks to weird.
frame was cleaned and polished, but didn't want the high polished look:

rock shox judy sl, upgraded with twin dho dampers, 100 mm travel
headset: ritchey fuzy logic
stem hinged style syncros
steerer: syncros xc riser
brake lever: xtr m950
brakes: xtr m951

front mech: stx, looking for a m950
seat post: unknow (kore?) looking for a syncros
saddle: flite titanium
shifters: sram
grips: yelow yeti speed grips
hubs: dt swis 370
rims: mavic xm ...
