Xt/DX or pattern cage pedals

EDIT - after revelations about rivets on LX pedals, i need to adjust my wants.

XT/DX or equivalent style cage pedals
in decent condition (must be structurally OK and bearings all smooth).

cage must be removable
platform(body) must be plain/polished finish (i want to anodise the body).

sooooo, WHY

I don't know much about the anodising process but the cages aren't removable from the bodies - will that cause a problem?

They're just rivets on the LX pedals I'm pretty sure

hmmmmmm - just had a hunt on google images and you may be right....seems a bit odd that they'd do that...
will have to settle for XT then by the looks of it

Here you are, these are Tioga, XT pattern, removeable Ally cages, rebuildable cup and cone bearings, semi-sealed and half the weight of XT/SR at 240g the pair!
I bought a box full as a clearance from a local LBS, as getting XT style flatties at this weight is getting tricky now!
These are new, would they do your job?
