Here you are, these are Tioga, XT pattern, removeable Ally cages, rebuildable cup and cone bearings, semi-sealed and half the weight of XT/SR at 240g the pair!
I bought a box full as a clearance from a local LBS, as getting XT style flatties at this weight is getting tricky now!
These are new, would they do your job?

Likely to be a poor forging or cast. Steel bearing races would need to be sealed to prevent them dissolving.
You'd be better off painting.
