That goes without question a bicycle ahead of its time in those daysI'm currently making it rideable, but it will probably end in a museum.

How are the wheels constructed, looks like radial lacing, but are the spokes welded/brazed to the hub and rim?

They are comparatively heavy,
and slow cadence was normal.
Very slow handling,

Cant confirm he rode this one, but he is long gone., so yes, probably a skeleton by nowas owned by the Prince of Wales
