I've never seen one of these before. I don't know its vintage, but I'd guess mid 90s
It's a 26.8mm and it's 33cm long from the rail to the tip, or 30.5cm to the beginning of the angled bit. It weighs a tasteful 203g.
It has X-Lite printed on it, although it's at a point that fits inside the seat tube. There's no other mark on it.
The clamp area is near-perfect, but the shaft as can be seen is marked. It would maybe polish up, but I haven't tried and personally wouldn't bother.
