WTD: Classic Decals/Headbadge - Ryall and Grubb

Looking for a few decals and hoping some folks, especially in the UK can help out.

First off, I need a "crest" decals, seatube decal and headbage for a Ken Ryall Frame. I have the DT one cover by Nick at Lloyds.

Secondly, looking for a FH Grubb man on bike seat tube decal.

If you don't have either of the above, a high quality scan, photo or link would be greatly appreciated.
