WTD 31.8mm Flat bars - cut down to useless 'Fixie' width-ish

Anybody with some cheap flat bars that they cut down too far? Must be 31.8mm centre and have just enough room for grips and brakes before the centre bulge (I'm using matchmakers so only about 15mm needed per brake/gear clamp).
