WTB Salsa / XTR seat post QR skewer

Looking to replace my seatpin with a QR skewer. Salsa is the obvious choice, but I know that first generation XTR had one in its lineup.

Any sources for something like this? The bolt must be thin, as shown below - cheap ones have the same design, but are way too big to use on my frame.
