Reach Mike's house in minutes 
....ride like a steam train along the tow path to the turn around point....sudden realisation that is going to be hell on the way home....I HATE HEADWIND! :x ....behave like roadies 'slipstream style' back to the village....Mike peels off....damn it here comes my half hour of hell on the way home....reach my drive....I'm wasted....dinner of pasta with tiffin and flapjack for pudding to cheer me up
