White Ind. Phantom BB Munched

The drive side collar threads on my Phantom BB have finally worn out. The spindle is 17mm straight would it be possible to use an Action Tec cup in its place, with or without their locking collars? I can't find sizing for Action Tec spindles or bearings, if they use the same size bearing size I could possibly reuse my White Industries locking collar?
