Which Pads?

Can anyone recommend:

Baffled by the amount of pads for vee/cantis out there :? :?
What would be a good pad to use with these 90's LX cantis??
Something with good bite as opposed to longevity would be preferred

Would this be the type used? I Received them without pads so I cant compare.

Kool-Stop Eagle 2 are IMHO the best canti pads to use. Sheldon Brown has a bit about them here: http://sheldonbrown.com/harris/brakeshoes.html#eagle2smooth

Aye theyre good pads but dont use them on ceramics like i did,lol :roll:

got some correct green ones now,phew

I just threw some Clarke's ones on to get me going but I know decent pad material can make a big difference.

What happened when you did that, Andy? Did your rims start glowing like they do on F1 cars?
