Simple, understated and comfortable to ride all day.

I can see why, nice colour, interesting brakes, not seen those. Like the fork design also. Just a shame about the bottle :roll:
But more importantly, why aren't I there, looks like a fabulous setting

Yeah it's nothing special to look at but having ridden one its as good as it gets imo and better than a Ti bike. Not tried the brakes but the IRDs are legendary for their stopping power it seems. That's a bit picky about he bottle its of its time. Utah is the venue I think. Never been but it was always a dream. Some mind blowing scary videos of rides there on the Tube. It's always painful when you can't find the right size of your dream bike and a killer deal pops up.

It was a Specialized bottle. Ok, ok, so it matched, you're forgiven! There was a Ritchey P22 I think, for sale not too far from me last year. Was only a 17 or 18" though :roll:
I keep looking for one though

Not yet.... Still looking for some parts. Want to build it exactly as it was. Getting there though..

Never heard of Rhygin before but that's a classic beautiful design. Think that pain job was found earlier on Fats.

I could say something exotic or super rare, but it would just end up hanging from the ceiling as the trails that I like to ride are a bit on the gnarly side (and I've just designed, and had built a fillet brazed 650B hardtail which is my dream bike, but post 97 ).

Sooo it's with complete seriousness that I will say this:

My first mountain bike. I could still cruise around on it and take our dog for a run at least!
