What's this frame? Mid 80's ?

prob 21.1mm stem, no mech hanger, different cable stops, square brake bosses instead of round etc etc etc blah de blah blah blah

I thought it took you half an hour to carry back as it was so heavy, It was a long haul up those stairs! :D
 
I had another look at it tonight, the rear mech is RD-AL11 which is from 1984. The welding on the front triangle looks very good. The rear triangle doesn't look at good, the chainstay bridge looks like arc welding ala Raleigh. It's been hand painted with a brush. The seat QR was stuck because of the paint, but the seatpost was free.

Think all Raleighs were lugged at this age too?

Serial number is:

15 WH
L35 4NP


Removing some of the paint on the headtube I found a silhouette of what looks like a 'K'.
Under the the paint on the downtube are the silhouette of the 'ack', possibly 'track' ?
